Return Policy

For all return inquiries and pre-authorisation, please contact us at [email protected]. Stating your invoice number, product description and reason for return.
We will guide you through the process and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number, which is required for all returns.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

  • A valid reason for the return must be agreed in advance with the Anatech team.
  • The item must be unused, not previously installed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Important: Returns without a pre-issued RMA number will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will promptly evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue.

 

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, the fastest process is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

 

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method or account by way of a credit. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
